Top-Essay provides an online marketplace connecting Clients seeking academic or professional assistance with independent Authors who provide research guidance, editorial help, and content support.
The Platform must be used only for lawful and ethical purposes.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
2.1 Academic Misconduct
- Submitting delivered materials as your own work where prohibited
- Plagiarism or misrepresentation of authorship
- Violating academic integrity policies of institutions
- Using Services to cheat, deceive, or obtain unfair advantage
2.2 Illegal Activities
- Fraud or financial crime
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Identity theft or impersonation
- Forgery or falsification of documents
- Circumventing laws or regulations
2.3 Intellectual Property Violations
- Requesting content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights
- Using Platform materials in a way that violates third-party rights

2.5 Financial Abuse

- Payment fraud
- Attempting to manipulate payout systems
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits
2.6 Platform Abuse
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform
- Reverse engineering systems or software
- Using bots, automation, or scraping tools
- Circumventing security measures
- Interfering with other users’ accounts
2.7 Misuse by Authors
Authors must not:
- Submit plagiarized or AI-generated content without disclosure
- Provide low-quality or intentionally misleading work
- Circumvent Platform payment systems
- Contact Clients outside the Platform to avoid fees
- Share Client information with third parties
3. Identity Verification and Compliance
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, the Company may request identity verification, including:
- Government-issued identification
- Proof of address
- Payment ownership confirmation
Failure to provide requested information may result in:
- Account restrictions
- Suspension of Services
- Delayed or denied payouts
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
The Company reserves the right to:
- Monitor Platform activity for security and compliance
- Investigate suspected violations
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Reverse or withhold transactions
- Report unlawful activities to authorities
Decisions regarding enforcement are made at the Company’s reasonable discretion.
5. Consequences of Violations
Violations may result in:
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Loss of access to funds
- Cancellation of orders
- Legal action where applicable
Serious violations may lead to reporting to financial institutions or law enforcement authorities.
