Top-Essay provides a managed platform that processes user requests and delivers structured content with the involvement of qualified specialists. All services are provided and controlled through the Platform, and users do not interact directly with individual contributors.
The Platform must be used only for lawful and ethical purposes. Violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access, restriction of services, withholding of funds where applicable, and/or legal action.

2.4 Harmful or Dangerous Content
Requests involving:

- Weapons or illegal substances
- Exploitative or abusive content
- Hate speech or harassment
- Terrorism or extremist content
2.5 Financial Abuse
- Chargeback abuse
- Unauthorized payment use
- Payment fraud
- Attempting to manipulate payout systems
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits
2.6 Platform Abuse
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform
- Reverse engineering systems or software
- Using bots, automation, or scraping tools
- Circumventing security measures
- Interfering with Platform accounts or attempting unauthorized access
2.7 Misuse by Contributors
Contributors must not:
- Use automated tools in a manner that violates Platform quality standards or applicable policies
- Provide low-quality or intentionally misleading work
- Circumvent Platform payment systems
- Attempt to establish direct contact outside the Platform to bypass Platform processes or fees
- Share user or Platform information with unauthorized third parties
3. Identity Verification and Compliance
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, the Company may request identity verification, including:
- Government-issued identification
- Proof of address
- Payment ownership confirmation
Failure to provide requested information may result in:
- Account restrictions
- Suspension of Services
- Delayed or denied payouts
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
The Company reserves the right to:
- Monitor Platform activity for security and compliance
- Investigate suspected violations
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Reverse or withhold transactions
- Report unlawful activities to authorities
Decisions regarding enforcement are made at the Company’s reasonable discretion.

Violations may result in:
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Loss of access to funds
- Cancellation of orders
- Legal action where applicable
Serious violations may lead to reporting to financial institutions or law enforcement authorities.
