These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://top-essay.com (the “Platform”) and all related services.

Throughout these Terms, the Company may be referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Nature of the Platform
Authors operate as independent contractors engaged by the Platform and do not have a direct contractual relationship with Clients. Authors may be assigned to available tasks based on their profile, qualifications, language, and subject expertise. The Platform determines eligibility and assignment criteria at its solediscretion.
Users do not select or communicate directly with Authors — all interaction is managed by the Platform.
2. Permitted Use and Academic Integrity
All materials delivered through the Platform are provided strictly for:
- reference purposes
- research assistance
- educational guidance
- drafting support
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of delivered materials complies with academic, institutional, and legal rules.
The Company does not support or encourage academic misconduct.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform you must:
- be at least 18 years old
- have legal capacity to enter contracts
- not reside in jurisdictions subject to sanctions or legal restrictions
- provide accurate registration information
We may restrict access based on geographic or compliance considerations.
4. Accounts and Security
Users must:
- maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- ensure accuracy of account data
- immediately report unauthorized access
The Company is not responsible for losses caused by compromised credentials.
We may suspend or terminate accounts where:
- fraud or abuse is suspected
- Terms are violated
- regulatory risks arise
Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on circumstances.

6. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in EUR.
Payment methods may include:
- Visa / Mastercard
- other supported payment methods displayed at checkout
Payments are processed by licensed third-party Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
The Company does not store full card details.
Invoices and payment confirmations are sent electronically to the user’s email.
Taxes: Not applicable to Clients unless required by law.
7. Escrow and Release of Funds
This section applies to Registered authors only.Client payments are held temporarily by the Platform to ensure service delivery.
- Client has 24 hours to review the work.
- If no dispute is submitted within this period, funds are released to the Author automatically.
- Release confirms completion of the service.
8. Author Earnings and Platform Commission
This section applies to Registered authors only.The Platform charges Authors a 10% service commission , deducted from earnings before withdrawal.
Authors are solely responsible for:
- taxes
- reporting obligations
- compliance with local laws
9. Withdrawal
Withdrawals are available only to Registered authors.- Visa / Mastercard payouts
- Minimum: €5
- Maximum: €9,000 per transaction
- typically 1–3 business days
Banks or payment providers may apply their own charges.

- suspicious activity is detected
- compliance concerns arise
- incorrect payment details are provided
10. Author Verification (KYC)
To maintain platform security, Authors registering on the platform may be required to provide:
- identification documents
- contact information
- professional qualifications and experience
- other verification materials
All Registered authors must complete verification before being allowed to perform tasks on the Platform.
Failure to complete verification may result in account limitations or suspension.
11. Revisions and Disputes
Clients may request clarification or revision if delivered work materially differs from initial instructions.
Disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery by contacting - team@top-essay.com
The request should include:
- invoice or payment reference
- description of the issue
- supporting information
The Company reviews all disputes and makes final decisions, which may include:
- releasing payment
- requesting revisions
- issuing partial or full refunds
- cancel the order
Platform decisions are based on available evidence and intended to maintain fairness.
12. Refund Policy (Clients)
Refunds may be granted only where:
- work is not delivered
- delivered work significantly deviates from agreed requirements
- technical failure prevents completion
Refunds are not granted for:
- dissatisfaction with grades or outcomes
- subjective preferences
- delays caused by missing Client information
- misuse of delivered content
Refund requests must generally be submitted within 14 days from the transaction date, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Refund processing times depend on payment providers.
13. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client receives the right to use the delivered work for personal, educational, or professional purposes.
All underlying methodologies, know-how, and internal processes remain the property of the respective contributors and/or the Company.
Users must not:
- resell work commercially without permission
- violate third-party intellectual property rights
Platform content remains the property of the Company.
14. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- engage in fraud or money laundering
- violate laws or regulations
- infringe intellectual property rights
- manipulate payments or transactions
- use automated abuse tools
- attempt to bypass Platform systems
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
15. Anti-Fraud and Compliance Monitoring
The Company uses automated and manual monitoring to detect:
- suspicious transactions
- payment abuse
- unauthorized activity
- compliance risks
We may:
- request additional verification
- hold funds
- cancel transactions
- report suspicious activity to authorities
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- academic outcomes or grades
- actions of users or contributors
- delays caused by third-party services
- payment processor failures
- loss of data or profits
Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant transaction.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability
- error-free operation
- suitability for specific purposes
- outcomes or performance results
18. Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated where:
- Terms are violated
- fraud or abuse occurs
- legal risks arise
- inactivity persists
Termination may be temporary or permanent.
19. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective when published on the Platform.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Disputes shall be resolved by competent courts of the Czech Republic unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
